“The One Possible - Progressive – Solution
to The Long-Running Middle East Problem
(and Age-Old Jewish Question)
The United Nations Organisation was established by “the Peoples of the United Nations”
in 1945 immediately after the Second World War, specifically “To Save Succeeding
Generations From The Scourge Of War.”
Under its Charter, the UN Security Council is responsible for achieving the Organisation’s
aim; but despite some 6063 meetings and 1860 Resolutions since 1945, this aim has
not been achieved because the actual causation of conflict has been ignored, as will
be seen.
What is more, except for this work’s suggested Council Resolution and UNESCO-Supported
World-wide Anti-Causal “4th R” Schools-Programme in Part Three, UNO’s aim is still
nowhere in sight.
What is worse, because of Israel’s December 2008 invasion of Gaza, the Middle East
drama is now dire; it is now dire because the definitive primary cause of the long-running
Arab/Jew conflict is profound - and if that is left un-resolved it could trigger
a Third World War.
The First World War was started in 1914 by an act of terrorism; the 1939 invasion
of Poland triggered the Second; and this lead to the explosion of three primitive
atomic bombs. Time passes; and today multi-targeted nuclear missiles wait the world
over that could wipe out the whole human race in a global holocaust ignited by any
one of the four regional trouble spots.
It can thus be seen that, from the standpoint of all “the UN Peoples” and their survival,
the Jews and the Arabs are unbelievably dangerous - because they could initiate
a doomsday. A cease fire is merely a short-term respite; it does not touch causation
and cannot therefore solve their problem in the long run - much less “Save Succeeding
Generations From War.”
On the other hand however, The One Possible - Progressive - Solution will achieve
UNO’s long-outstanding aim, for it is built on The UNESCO-Supported Anti-Causal “4th
R” Schools-Programme. This will progressively cure the definitive primary cause of
conflict through today’s young (who are, of course, tomorrow’s adults) during two
generations.
Because of Israel’s invasion of Gaza the suggested Resolution in Part Two has been
updated and submitted to the Security Council. It follows now. When passed by the
Council, it will initiate The Anti-Causal “4th R” world-wide through UNESCO, start
to achieve UNO’s aim and permanently stabilise the Middle East, as will be seen.
While there is still time, therefore, before the long-running Arab/Jew/Islam conflict
finally overtakes all “the Peoples of the United Nations,” triggers a global nuclear
holocaust and this chance is lost beyond recall, the world’s governments are urged
to press the UN General Assembly to persuade the Security Council to adopt this suggested
Resolution for progressively curing the causation of conflict, through the young,
during two generations.
